Our Policies

Diversity & Inclusion

The ILCIRA fosters a diverse environment that is inclusive of everyone engaged with our mission. The ILCIRA  embraces a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). We embrace the differences and similarities of our volunteers and workforce,  as well as of our partners, suppliers and donors, with the goal of reflecting the diversity of the Lifeguards and Aquatic Management Teams we serve.

DEI encompasses valuing the diversity of backgrounds, experiences, abilities, race, ethnicity, gender identities, ages, sexual orientations and cultures. We encourage everyone to engage with us -- locally and around the world.
